The American parents and education

The research comes from overseas and I think interesting because it is against the trend with respect to common belief, lately it seems that the responsibility for the lack of culture and education of children is addressed throughout the system, teachers , company executives educational , political, and so on while the Stanford University poll showed that 68% of American adults believe parents are most responsible for the miseducation of the children.

Only 35% of respondents think the teachers or the system in general, head of education missing, it seems that the typical phrase ” I have little time “lately often used by parents is not considered sufficient justification, because nobody is too busy to raising a child.

Children are increasingly being left alone after school, they are not helped with their homework, and therefore many spend their time in front of television and video games, or as often happens in America, with gangs roaming the neighborhood. Sometimes we tend to forget that these little children are ignorant adults of the future, sometimes it seems that we do not care how it will be their tomorrow, but our children will inherit what we leave the big unwise.
