This recipe comes from the sweet children Spain . It takes 50 grams of dried apricots and just as many of raisins, 25 grams of grated coconut, a spoonful of brown sugar, half a tablespoon of cinnamon and 100 grams of cous cous .

The preparation is simple: the nuts to be put in the water on the fire until it softens, then drained. In a separate pan mix the coconut with cinnamon and sugar and 300 ml of water and put on the fire waiting for the ingredients to dissolve. At this point, remove from heat, pour the couscous with a lid and stop leaving it to stand until the couscous has absorbed all the water. Only then add the fruit and the tea is ready.
